Where Nervous System Healing Meets Community Care
Creating a culture of nervous system health through connection, stress relief and community care.

Creating a culture of nervous system health through connection, stress relief and community care.
I’m the founder of Spinal Flow Kaua‘i, and I’ve spent more than 20 years working with the body and helping people feel better in theirs.
After decades as a bodyworker, discovering Spinal Flow changed the way I understood healing. Rather than continually working on the places that hurt, this work brought me deeper — to the nervous system, the layers of stress we carry, and the body’s innate capacity to soften, release, and heal when given the right support.
I created Spinal Flow Kaua‘i as a place where you can come exactly as you are. A space to rest, reconnect with your body, and begin releasing some of what you’ve been carrying.
I’m not here to heal you. I’m here to support your nervous system and help point you back toward the healing intelligence already within you.
Around here, we call that returning to the river within.
BOOK YOUR WELCOME FLOW
Overwhelmed or constantly “on”
Your system rarely seems to fully settle, even when you finally have time to rest.
Exhausted, depleted or burned out
You’re getting through your days, but your energy and vitality aren’t what they used to be.
Uncomfortable in your body
Chronic pain, lower back or neck tension, headaches or migraines, joint discomfort, or a body that simply feels tight and guarded.
Out of rhythm
Changes in sleep, digestion, energy, menstrual cycles, or the physical and emotional shifts of peri/menopause are asking for your attention.
Disconnected from yourself
You’re functioning, but you don’t quite feel at home in your body anymore — and you’re ready for something to change.
Calmer in your nervous system
More able to settle, exhale and move through stress without constantly feeling overwhelmed by it.
Rested and more resilient
Deeper rest, more sustainable energy, and greater capacity for everything your life asks of you.
More ease in your body
Less tension and guarding, greater mobility, fuller breathing, and more freedom in the way you move and feel.
More connected to your natural rhythms
Greater awareness of your body’s needs and support as you move through changes in sleep, digestion, hormones and different seasons of life.
More like yourself again
Present. Grounded. Connected. Clearer. More alive in your body and able to participate fully in your life.
*Spinal Flow doesn’t diagnose or treat these conditions. It works with the nervous system and the accumulated layers of physical, emotional, and chemical stress held in the body — supporting greater regulation, relaxation, connection and ease.
Sometimes the people who find this work have already tried many different approaches and are simply looking for another way to support their body.
You don’t have to wait until your body is shouting to begin listening.
Start Your Journey Now

Your first visit begins with The Welcome Flow — a one-on-one session that includes a health history and stress intake, a physical spine, posture, and gateways assessment, and an introduction to Spinal Flow care. This session introduces your body to the work, offering a gentle first experience while helping us understand how best to support your healing journey.
Ongoing Spinal Flow care at Spinal Flow Kaua‘i is primarily offered through our Community Flow sessions — intimate groups of just three people that create a shared field of safety, presence, and regulation. Each person rests fully in their own experience while benefiting from the energy and calm coherence of the group. There is something powerful about receiving this work together; as one person softens, breathes, releases, and finds their flow, it can create greater permission for others in the room to do the same.
One-on-one sessions are also available. If you prefer a more private environment, don't feel comfortable receiving care in a group, or simply feel that individual sessions are a better fit for you, you are always welcome to choose that option. There is no one right way to receive this work — the intention is to create an environment where your nervous system feels safe and supported enough to settle.
Both Community Flow and individual sessions offer an opportunity to make rest and nervous system care a regular, accessible practice rather than something we reach for only after stress has accumulated. Like recharging a battery, consistent care supports resilience, greater ease, and meaningful change over time.
Rest
You lie comfortably, fully clothed, face down on the table, with gentle guidance to connect to your breath. This allows the body to settle and the nervous system to begin feeling safe.
Restore
Through light, precise contact along specific access points of the spine, the natural wave of cerebrospinal fluid is supported, nourishing and bathing the nervous system.
Regulate
As this flow increases, the nervous system is given space to release stored stress and return toward balance, without force or effort.
Heal
From this regulated state, the body’s innate intelligence can do what it knows how to do — reorganize, restore, and move toward greater ease and resilience.
Each session is unique to you. Only you are in your body, and your experience may vary from session to session. Some people notice warmth, subtle movement, changes in breath, tingling, emotions, memories, imagery, or deep rest — while others may feel very little at first.
There is no “right” experience. For those who have been disconnected from their bodies for a long time, it can take multiple sessions for sensation and awareness to gently return.

We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.

There is no expectation to talk, process, or perform. Your body does the work — your only job is to rest.
Spinal Flow is most effective when received as a series, not a one-time session.

Spinal Flow supports the body at the level of regulation, allowing symptoms to soften as balance returns.
No. Spinal Flow does not involve spinal manipulation, cracking, or medical treatment.
It is a nervous-system–focused modality that works with the body’s innate intelligence and healing capacity.
Sometimes. As the body releases layers of stored stress, temporary discomfort, emotional release, or fatigue can occur.
These responses are part of the nervous system reorganizing and are typically followed by increased ease and clarity.
If your body has been asking for something gentler, slower, and more supportive — Spinal Flow may be a beautiful fit.
You’re always welcome to reach out with questions. Listening to your body’s curiosity is often the first step.
